How the price is built up: studio (€215) and apartment (€230) each have their own price; terraced, semi-detached and detached follow the house price (€280). For a large villa, a non-residential building or the common areas of an apartment block we prepare a quote.
Asbestos certificate
Needed or not? The construction year decides.
Selling a building put up before 2001? Then an asbestos certificate is required. We handle the inventory and, if a material is in doubt, the sampling too.

Opening the roof from the outside to inspect the insulation, drawing up a report, then making the roof watertight again.

What is included in each price row?
Each fixed row lists VAT, VEKA registration and travel. That makes the included items visible at a glance.
Why are some types on request?
Because villas and non-residential files vary more strongly in size and execution. There we prefer a fair quote over a false fixed number.
How does travel outside the core service area work?
We work across Flanders. Where extra travel applies, the kilometre surcharge is listed separately in the tariff list.
Can I combine multiple services?
Yes. For combined files we bundle the planning and keep the price structure easy to follow.
